We’ve submitted our business plan for the next five years

At the start of October 2023, we submitted our detailed plan for 2025 to 2030 to Ofwat for assessment.

Every five years we review our Business Plan so our priorities align with yours.

The plan was created using feedback from customers, which included a 'Your water, your say' session in June 2023 for customers to influence the plan that was put forward. Following the feedback and the submission to Ofwat, we held a second 'Your water, your say' session in October 2023, to allow you to hear about the plan and ask us questions about it.

Below you will find information and links relating to both sessions.

First 'Your water, your say' session

Thank you to those who attended the 'Your water, your say' session on Tuesday 6 June.

This first session provided an opportunity for anyone to ask questions about the issues that are important to them, including priorities for the future, in a public environment. We hope through the first session that we provided all attendees with an understanding of the challenges we currently face and the plans we want to adopt to provide tomorrow’s future water solutions.

The feedback gathered from this event was included in the considerations that we made to develop and finalise our business plan (PR24). The business plan has been presented to the regulator, Ofwat, on 2 October for evaluation.

Second 'Your water, your say' session

Thank you to those who attended the second 'Your water, your say' session on Tuesday 31 October.

This session provided an opportunity for customers to ask questions about the plan, the service we provide, our impact on the environment, and water bills. We hope through the second session that we provided all attendees with an understanding of the plan, why we've chosen to invest where we propose to and how this helps towards providing you with the public water service you expect and deserve.
