My Account FAQs


Can anyone have an online account?

Yes. The service is available to all of our household customers. It is not currently designed for landlords or customers with multiple addresses, although you can register multiple accounts using different email addresses.

Are my details secure?

Yes. Your details are completely safe with us and you don't need to worry about anyone else having access to your personal information. We will never share your information with third parties. 

Can I still get paper bills?

When you switch to an online account we'll automatically send your bills via email, not in the post.

Can I print my bill as proof of my address?

Yes. Your bills will appear exactly the same as if we’d posted them to you. Just log into your online account and select ‘View Bills’ from the main dashboard. You can then view the bill you require in PDF format and print it off at home or work.

How long does it takes to set up an online account?

It should take no more than a few minutes to set up your online account. Simply enter your account number and postcode here, then wait for an email with a confirmation link in it to set up your password.
