Pay by Direct Debit

Lots of our customers find Direct Debit the easiest way to pay as it gives them control over their finances, with a choice of payment dates and instalments spread across the year.

Pay with a debit or credit card

You can use this form to pay your bill in full, or to pay an installment. Click on the link below to get started (you'll need your South East Water account number to hand).

Please note if you pay by Direct Debit, you are able to make additional top up payments to your account.

Online banking

To make a BACS payment directly from your bank, please use our sort code and account number below. Please remember to use your account number (you’ll find this at the top of your bill) as the reference so we know where the payment has come from.

At the Post Office

You can pay in cash or by cheque at most Post Offices by completing the payment slip at the bottom of your bill. Please note that the Post Office will make a small charge.

Pay with PayPoint

PayPoint is a quick and easy way to pay for your water. Available at most shops, it's free of charge when you pay with cash at a PayPoint store. Simply take your bill along with you.

At the bank

You can use the giro slip on your bill to make a payment the next time you visit your bank. You can also make payment at any HSBC bank for free.

By cheque

To pay your bill by post, please send a cheque made payable to 'South East Water Limited'.

Please write your 9-digit account number (made up of eight numbers and a check digit) on the back of the cheque and send it with the payment slip at the bottom of your bill to:
