We're really sorry to those of you who are experiencing low water pressure at the moment. We're currently working to fix a burst water main, but we have managed to re-route some of the water in our network which means most customers should have their supplies returned. In the meantime we are awaiting assistance on a third party in order to safely complete our works. As soon as the repairs have been completed, your water will return to normal. We can't say just yet how long this will take but please rest assured we're doing everything we can to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Due to complications with the repair, further planning is required before permanent repairs to the burst water main can be carried out. Supplies have been restored to customers and you should now see your taps flowing as normal. However in order to complete a permanent repair the water main may need to be turned off again at a later date date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Once again, we're really sorry about the disruption. You can get updates via SMS or email by clicking on the links .
