After you apply

Once you’ve applied, we’ll contact you to arrange a survey of your property. This is so we can check if we can fit a meter.

We aim to install meters within three months of receiving your application, but it’s usually much sooner.

If you rent your home, please contact your landlord to let them know you’d like a meter fitted.
