As part of an ongoing programme to improve our water supply network, we completed a £300,000 project to replace approximately 150 metres of burst-prone pipe beneath residential properties in Farnham Road (A287) and Mill Lane.
The new pipe was installed along Farnham Road and Mill Lane while the old pipe was taken out of commission.
Work was carried out in phases, with ground investigation work taking place before construction started on Monday 27 February, 2023.
The project was completed towards the end of April, 2023.
