Join our team of water experts to go behind the scenes of your local water treatment works. See how your drinking water is stored, treated and supplied to your home. You'll also pick up tips on how to use water wisely and reduce your bills.

Upcoming open days
Visit Bray Keleher Water Treatment Works, Monkey Island Lane, Bray, Berkshire, SL6 2EB on Saturday 26 April 2025.
Each tour will last just under 2 hours and there'll be a maximum of 25 people per tour at the following times:

What you'll need to know
As the tour will be at a working water treatment facility, for your health and safety and security of the site, please note:
- Due to stairs, regrettably the tour is not suitable for people with impaired mobility.
- Children under the age of 14 cannot be permitted.
- You must wear flat, toe covered shoes.
- You'll need to bring photographic ID with you.
- You cannot take photographs.
- Public transport options to our site are limited, however free car parking is available directly on site.
How to book your place
The tours are free but entry is strictly by ticket only.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify the tour you are registered for.

Previous open days
Customers and stakeholders visited Bewl Water Treatment Works, near Lamberhurst, Kent on Saturday 23 November 2024.
They joined us on one of four tours throughout the day and had the opportunity to step inside the Water Treatment Works control room, learnt how we use various technologies to find and fix leaks, and saw how we filter, treat and pump drinking water direct to your homes and businesses.
