We offer a single room tariff which can help those customers who occupy a single room with communal hot water and laundry facilities, such as sheltered accommodation and houses of multiple occupancy, and are unable to have a water meter fitted.
How do I qualify?
If it has not been possible to install a meter at your home, you may be billed on an assessed charge.
However if you only occupy a single room you may qualify for the single room tariff which is a reduced tariff to reflect that fact you will use less water within your home.
