Our performance commitment

There are already high levels of satisfaction among our customers with both the quality of the water and service we provide. We believe that we must provide effective and efficient service in order to maintain and improve that trust. We will continue to improve our processes and service to customers so that by the end of 2020, we will be among the top performers in the industry.

Our investment will allow us to deliver excellent service to today’s customers using the technological and innovative communication channels that they are now choosing, and which future customers will expect.

Our promise

We will undertake regular tracker surveys to ensure we maintain the high levels of satisfaction with the service our customers already receive. These satisfaction surveys will include all our customers – not just those who contact us.
