What to do if you're experiencing problems:

No water or low pressure:
If you turn on the tap and have no water or low pressure, this can be caused by a number of factors, including work that we may be carrying out in your area. Please keep checking this website as we'll update you on progress on any incidents that may be affecting your property.

Discoloured water:
You may experience discoloured water, for example following a burst water main, as changes in water pressure can disturb harmless deposits such as iron or chalk within the pipe.

If you have discoloured water, run the tap nearest to the supply pipe which enters your house (normally in the kitchen) until the water becomes clear. If the water doesn't clear after 30 minutes please contact us.
