If you move to a new address within our supply area, we will transfer any outstanding balance to your new account and you will be able to continue paying by Direct Debit as normal.
However, if you move to an address outside of our supply area, please let us know so that we can update our records.
Unless you advise us otherwise, we will automatically cancel your payment plan and any outstanding balance will be debited from your bank account.
If your final account is in credit, this can be refunded upon request.
