  • How can I let you know about my move?

    The easiest way to let us know about your move is by filling out our online form. Alternatively, you can call us on 0333 000 0001. Lines are open Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm and Sat 8am - 1pm.If your property has a water meter, please give us a minimum of two

  • Is my home in your supply area?

    To find out if your home is within our supply area, please use our postcode checker.

  • Do I need to supply you with a meter reading?

    If your property is metered, please provide a water meter reading on the day you move out. You can do this in our moving home form at the same time as letting us know the forwarding address for your final bill.Alternatively, you can submit a reading

  • Will my account number change when I move?

    No, if you are already a South East Water customer, you will keep your existing account number.

  • Can I continue to pay by Direct Debit if I move?

    If you move to a new address within our supply area, we will transfer any outstanding balance to your new account and you will be able to continue paying by Direct Debit as normal. However, if you move to an address outside of our supply area, please
