Business Plan

Every five years we draw up a plan for how much we need to spend to maintain and improve our services and performance and meet the growing demands of our customers.

This Business Plan sets out our investment for upgrading treatment works to maintain water quality, developing new water resources, finding and fixing leaks, replacing water mains and meeting our obligations to protecting tap water quality and the environment

Business plan 2015-2020:

Our plan, which covers the period from 2015 to 2020, was agreed by our regulator Ofwat in December 2014.

The plan has customers’ top priorities at its heart - clean water, low leakage, effective service, affordable bills and reliable supplies.

Customer Challenge Group:

A Customer Challenge Group has also been set up to scrutinise and challenge our five-year investment plan – made up of water regulators, customer representatives and key stakeholders.
